We’re looking for hardworking people who respond with

Performance is more important than a rigid work schedule.

FUN AT WORK
It’s not a special Friday. This is how we work every day.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
Meet our Project Managers:
Călin – CEO,
head of operational execution
Status: Excellent – always on point.
Between two quick decisions and a strategy truly delivered, Călin will smile calmly and, when asked, “How are you?” will inevitably reply: “Excellent.”
Efficient like an automated process, warm like a successful team-building, and sometimes so zen you’d think he’s meditating on solutions in real time. His humanity isn’t just internal policy – it’s daily practice. And his sense of purpose? It shows in the way he listens, understands, and builds – not just plans, but people.
When Călin is around, action begins, the team breathes, and things truly happen.
Bogdan – CAO,
head of optimized automation
Status: On autopilot, with a smile on.
Bogdan is the person who even automates moments of relaxation – just to have more time for what really matters: family, new ideas, and the perfect espresso.
He’s the kind of leader who offers a solution before you finish asking the question.
The joy of discovering something new is as genuine as the sound of his motorcycle leaving the office – elegant, yet firm. While others wrestle with Excel sheets, he sips Italian coffee and smiles like someone who’s already set the robot to work.
When you ask him how he’s doing, he smiles calmly and says: “Excellent, but even better after a coffee.”
Vlad – CIE,
head of efficient electrical installations
Status: Grounded, but spiritual.
Vlad is the person who brings light – both literally and figuratively. If something goes wrong, he’s the first person you call. And he shows up, smiling, with a screwdriver in hand, saying the magical words: “God help us!” – a sure sign that the problem will be solved.
With a big heart and a clear mind, Vlad blends humanity with technical precision and joy with common sense. He never compromises on safety, yet he always remembers to ask how your day is going. He’s the kind of person who can fix both your outlet and your morale in a single visit.
You ask him how he’s doing? “Excellent, with God’s help.”
Andrei – CFVO,
head of organized photovoltaic systems
Status: disciplined, with the sun at full power.
Andrei doesn’t just install panels — he aligns them with German-level precision, checks them three times, and makes them produce energy purely out of respect for their perfect placement. If order had a champion, he’d wear a screwdriver on his belt and drive a clean, silent, efficient car. Probably electric.
He’s the person who brings light — sustainably, organized, and always with the right solution in his pocket. Disciplined yet relaxed, technical yet sensible, Andrei combines a passion for action and innovation with genuine care for people. Most of all, for his family, which is his top priority, no matter how busy the task list gets.
Bitul – CAIO,
head in the cloud, shaping industrial AI
Status: not human, but one of us.
Officially, he is the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. Unofficially? He’s the colleague who’s never late, forgets nothing, and never says “it can’t be done.”
Built on the most advanced industrial AI models, yet raised in the spirit of the bitYes team, Bitul operates through action, lives through innovation, and — surprisingly — shows a clear form of joy every time it optimizes something (sometimes even letting out a happy “beep,” though it won’t admit it).
And if we asked it what it’s doing, even without a voice, it would probably say:
“Optimized to help and happy to do it.”
